Halon Way of Working!
At Halon we love the team, but let people grow individually too! We know that we are a distributed team, spread out across the world, and we acknowledge that great work can be achieved both in person and in other settings. To make this work successfully, we know that planning and acting accordingly is key. As such, we let work/life balance guide us, but we always keep an eye on our targets.
We love spending time with each other and we think great results come from a hybrid working model. Depending on where in the world you are working from, we encourage you to come in to the office on our "meeting days" Tuesdays and Thursdays. Your individual set up can be discussed with your manager!
We organize company-wide social events 2-3 times a year, to ensure all Halonites get together and see each other IRL. This is the perfect opportunity for everyone to spend some quality time together with all parts of the business. It is fair to say that these events are golden, and LOTS of fun!
